Ingredients
- 1cup frozen raspberries
- 3/4 cup chilled milkalmond, soy, coconut, cashew
- 1/4 cup frozen cherries
- 11/2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup shredded kale
- 2tsp finely grated fresh ginger
- 1tsp ground flaxseed
- 2tsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Add everything into the blender, adding lemon juice to taste. Blend until smooth.
Recipe Notes
I use a Nutri bullet to blend for 5 minutes.
